This detailed report requires that I visit your home for 30 minutes or more and review your improvements, decor, landscaping, maintenance, and the general condition of your home. I will then compare your home to 3-4 other homes in the same area that have recently sold and make adjustments for differences in features and quality and market growth (time factor) if any.
